All Samsung telephone systems can support the KPDCS-12B LCD and KPDCS-24B LCD telephones as well as the DS-5000 handsets (including DS-5007S, DS-5014D and DS-5021D models). This allows for greater flexibility and easy upgrading if required without having to change all the handsets.
All Samsung telephone systems can be specified to include Samsung SVMi voicemail and auto attendant cards, allowing your business to never miss a call and be able to direct the right calls to the right departments. There is also the option of voicemail to email, which sends you an email with a .wav file attachment so you can listen to your voicemail messages through your PC.
Samsung DECT system
du Pré can also add mobility to your business communication requirements with the Samsung DECT (Digitally Enhanced Cordless Telephony) system. This a cordless phone system, which works alongside the main Samsung telephone system allowing you to use upto 48 cordless handsets. The Samsung DECT system uses Samsung D5000 DECT cordless handsets, and they have a working range of 300m, 10 hours talk time and 100 hours standby.
