For du Pré Connect customers, all inter-site calls and calls to du Pré are free!
Fraud Alert
Fraud Alert is also available to all du Pré calls and lines customers. Fraud Alert immediately alerts our calls and lines team if your call spend goes above an agreed limit. With yourselves we can investigate whether these calls were expected, or if these calls were not expected you can then investigate why this has happened and whether someone has used your lines fraudulently.
Billing
du Pré can also offer tailor made billing, allowing you to tell us how you want your bills set out, making it easier for you to understand exactly how much you are spending on your calls and line rental. We can also run specific call reports if you require them. Calls and Lines invoices can also be emailed to you and there is an online portal where you can view your bills.
Non-Geographic numbers
If your business requires non-geographic numbers (NGNs), du Pré can provide you with them. du Pré can offer a range of 08, 03 and 09 NGNs depending on your business requirement, including memorable golden numbers. The non-geographic number pre-fixes available for purchase are:
