Support Control
It's a fact that even the highest quality item can fail. What is vital, though, is for the problem to be resolved as quickly and painlessly as possible.
Calls to du Pré's Support Control are taken by professionals who log fault details, pass them to the help desks and engineers, remaining responsible for rapid resolution.
Support Control is operational between 0800 to 1800 on normal working days, but cover outside these hours is available either under separate agreement, or on a time and parts basis.
Our Customer Support Manager monitors response times daily. We can safely say that we are proud of the service we offer. Our clients need have no concern whatsoever when placing a support agreement with du Pré.

Depending upon your requirements, support can be Insurance, Re-active, or Pro-active, Local, National or International.
