BSI and ISO
du Pré plc is proud of the fact that twenty years ago, on 6 March 1990, we became one of the first companies in the UK to achhieve BSI registration for the supply, installation, connection and support of telephone systems.
This has since transpired to full company registration under ISO 9001:2000.
du Pré's Support Team
It's a fact that even the highest quality item can fail. What is vital, though, is for the problem to be resolved as quickly and painlessly as possible.
Calls to du Pré's Support Team are taken by experienced professionals who log fault details, pass them to the help desks and field engineers, but remain responsible for rapid resolution.
The Support Team is operational between 0800 to 1800 on working days, and cover outside these hours is available either under separate agreement, or on a time and parts basis.
Our Service Delivery Manager monitors response times daily. We can safely say that we are proud of the service we offer. Our clients need have no concern whatsoever when placing a support agreement with du Pré.
Support Type
Depending upon your requirements, support can be Insurance, Re-active, Pro-active, Local, National or International.
Health Checks
As a preventative measure and to ensure your systems are working to peak efficiency, du Pré is able to offer a system wide Health Check. The results can be used to,
