du Pré can offer support and maintenance for business telephone systems, IT equipment and connectivity. du Pré can help keep your Samsung, Panasonic, Avaya or Nortel telephone system fully operational and working to your exact requirements, as well as your server and PC’s.
Knowing we will respond
If the worst does happen du Pré Support offers an 8 hour response and 16 hour fix. For major faults (over 30% of lines or extensions out of service) we aim to half our response and fix times. Making sure you are back up and running as soon as possible.
You can also relax knowing that du Pré is fully BSI audited and is EN ISO 9001:2008 certified. There is also the option of email updates, so you are kept totally upto date on the progress of your support call. But even if you do not select that support option du Pré's well trained and friendly support team are more than happy to keep you upto date with the progress of your support call, whether it involves your IT network or telephone system.
24/7 Support
There is also the availability of re-active or proactive support, ensuring du Pré resolves any issues before they become a problem for your business. du Pré also offer 24/7 support contracts, giving your business the reassurance of always being able to get the support you urgently need when you need it most, at any time of the day or night.
Customer Support Portal
Telephony and IT support customers have the option of being able to access the Customer Support Portal. The portal allows customers to see the progress of current calls and also any historical calls which have now been closed. The portal also allows you to select the type of email updates you would like to recieve.
