Head of ICT, Berny Meunier, was having performance issues with his basic ADSL based services, which was majorly affecting employee productivity and overall network and operational stability, and increasing his support overhead. Due to these factors, Berny decided it was time to move to a more business-grade MPLS solution.

Already being a customer of du Pré, Berny knew that du Pré could provide him with a business focussed, robust, cost effective solution that would be supported by stringent SLA’s.

In May 2016, du Pré installed an MPLS to cover all the St Michael’s Hospice sites. “Since speaking to du Pré, and moving over to an MPLS, I don’t remember the last time I raised a support ticket, or any had any concerns about the service in general.” says Berny.

Before moving over to a du Pré MPLS, Berny had raised a high number of support tickets regarding his ADSL Broadband Estate. Since moving to an MPLS the number of support tickets that have been raised has dropped by 90%, showing a significant reduction in support overhead.
