Operating at the leading edge of customer service, du Pré has launched two powerful Tools to help their customers combat Phone Fraud, one of the greatest causes of unexpected costs.
e-Alerts
The first is a powerful e-Alert service which provides automatic alerts when calls exceed customer controlled parameters.
For example, premium rate calls, or calls exceeding specific costs or duration. Even calls which total more than a daily maximum.
'This is a magnificent tool to combat Phone Fraud,' said Simon Jones, Calls and Lines Manager. 'We continue to hear of huge fraudulent bills being run up, but now, with e-Alert, customers can combat these unfortunate episodes.'
Online Billing
The second is a powerful Online Billing tool which enables customers to have instant access to every call detail made up to midnight of the previous day.

The timing is perfect, as Simon Jones, Calls and Lines Manager, explained. ‘We are particularly excited about providing another service which helps customers keep unnecessary costs down,’ he said. ‘This is the perfect service for those who are serious about controlling costs in these times of economic turmoil.’
