du Pré launches Customer Support Portal
Maxine Chadderton, Service Delivery Manager for du Pré plc, the Newbury based business communications company, has today announced the launch of the Customer Support Portal.
'The Support Portal gives a customer a secure log in to see the current status of any of their support calls, together with full historical data,' said Maxine.
'Originally developed for one of our larger customers, it has been extended to allow any supported customer to view their support calls.'
What the Portal Offers
Customers can define what they want from a menu of options,
- Show all open calls
- Show all closed calls
In addition, email updates can be chosen from a list of,
- When a support call is opened
- When an engineer is allocated to a support call
- When an update to the support call occurs
- When a support call is closed
- Regular twice daily updates at 1100 and 1500
- When a fault severity changes
du Pré Support
Support from du Pré gives access to a dedicated Support Control Desk, a fully manned Help Desk, and depending upon the type of Agreement, full on-site engineering, all to within an agreed Service Level Agreement. All support engineers are highly trained and qualified. 'The best engineers are du Pré engineers,' added Maxine. The Company is BSI approved.
