Business-grade IT and Telecoms services for the London Boat Show
du Pré plc, provider of IT and telecoms services for UK businesses, supported the British Marine Federation (BMF) at the London Boat Show this year by providing Voice over IP telephony services.
The London Boat Show is one of the major events in the marine calendar and this year’s event attracted over 140,000 visitors. The boat show is organised with the help of the BMF which relied upon du Pré for helping visitors keep their business running with a mobile office solution.
Voice over IP telephony solution
Using the latest Voice over IP telephony solutions, four workstations were created to provide visitors with computers, internet access and ‘du Pré Connect’, the company’s flagship business-grade IP telephony service.
Carl Nixon from du Pré’s marketing team explained, “This was a great opportunity to help guests attending the show by allowing them to continue working just as if they’re in their own office. Customers today rely on flexible working and disaster recovery solutions for business and that’s exactly what we provide.”
