Working with Samsung, provider of IP enabled telephone systems, du Pré has announced new software trials available to customers who need to know more information about the calls being made and received.

The highly regarded Samsung Call Management Software (CMS) is open to all customers with a Samsung telephone system, including the OfficeServ range of 7030, 7100, 7200, 7400 systems.

Samsung’s CMS is able to monitor all calls your company is making and receiving, providing you with a business tool for increasing efficiency and productivity.

Why have Call Management?

Samsung’s latest version of Call Management Software protects against unauthorised use of your telephone system, as well as providing essential management information to monitor employee activity.  Amongst other things, it allows the following information to be seen:

  • How many calls each employee is making
  • How much time each employee is spending on the phone (inbound, outbound and combined)
  • Which calls are being made outside your normal operating hours
  • A ‘top ten’ list (the ten longest calls, most expensive calls, most frequently dialed numbers, etc.)
  • Live information with wall board displays
  • This call management software can be fully integrated with Samsung’s call recording solution

The Four Elements of Call Management

There are four main reasons for using Call Management, namely,

Productivity
Correct use
Mis-use
Abuse
Monitoring these elements can bring surprising cost benefits to any organisation.

Information on the Trial

For a trial to take place, du Pré will send a fully-trained engineer to your office to install the software. Once installed, the software will gather information on all telephone calls to allow meaningful information to be produced.

Furthermore, the engineer will agree a date that one of du Pré’s specialists should visit to run through the reports with you. Apart from anything else, these reports can often highlight where savings can be made, such as identifying lines which aren’t being used.
