du Pré is pleased to announce a full-blown conference call facility for all users of the flagship IP telephony hosted service ‘du Pré Connect’. This enables users to create conference calls at will, on an ad-hoc basis, with no monthly fee or pence-per-minute billing.

Launched in 2007, du Pré Connect is a market leading, business-grade IP telephony hosted solution for businesses and schools both UK and internationally. It allows users to benefit from a wide range of features by providing a flexible service to meet the needs of today's business telephone users.

The recently-added conferencing facility provides organisations with the ability to reduce costs while increasing effectiveness. It enables users from all over the world to speak on the same telephone call without having to dial expensive 0845/0870 numbers. The service from du Pré enables multiple conference calls to take place simultaneously with up to 99 users per call.

Conference calls reduce travel costs and keeps teams of people in touch with each other. The new service from du Pré enables organisations to manage when these calls happen without having to depend on an external company to create the calls.

Royds Solicitors in London is an existing user of du Pré Connect who can now adopt the new service with no additional cost. "There are many features of du Pré Connect that provide real benefit to us already," John North from Royds explains, "such as the ease of collecting voicemail and the web portal for the management of the system programming," he said.
