Christmas opening times and telephone settings
With Christmas approaching here is an update on our Support Department opening times over the festive period, together with a reminder about the need to manage business telephone system settings.
Support
Out of hours support will be available throughout the Christmas break with the exception of Christmas Day.
du Pré Support opening hours are as follows:
Friday 23 December – normal working hours
Monday 26 December – closed
Tuesday 27 December – closed
Wednesday 28 December to Friday 30 December - 09:00-17:30
Monday 2 January – closed
Tuesday 3 January – normal working hours
In the event of bad weather we do anticipate being able to offer an uninterrupted service due to the company’s use of du Pré Connect hosted VoIP telephones. This flexible telephone system enables us to ensure full business continuity if the office becomes inaccessible.
Telephone system message changes
Don’t forget you may need to change your telephone system holiday settings not only for the Christmas break, but also if you are holding a party or reception during office hours.
