Changing the time on your telephone system
On Sunday the clocks will go back an hour in the UK, from BST (British Summer Time) to GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). Businesses with Panasonic, Samsung and Nortel telephones will need to manually change the time on their system. It is important to make this change to ensure that voicemail, auto-attendant and night day modes follow work as expected.
Customers with du Pré’s hosted VoIP telephone system, du Pré Connect or an Avaya IP Office system will not be affected as these systems automatically update their time settings.
