BSI standards come of age at Newbury based telecoms company
Business Telephone system provider du Pré plc, based in Newbury, Berkshire, has recently passed its annual BSI audit for the 21st year in succession, with no non-conformities.
The audit takes several days to complete with the aim of ensuring that customer satisfaction levels are maintained and continuously improved throughout the business. By passing the audit du Pré remain fully EN ISO 9001:2008 certified for the supply, installation and maintenance of telephone system equipment, a standard it has maintained since 1990.
As part of its BSI Quality Policy Statement, du Pré aims to respond to all major telephone system faults, within four working hours and have the fault cleared within eight working hours. Any minor faults are responded to within eight and 16 working hours respectively.
