Time changes for telephone systems

On Sunday the clocks went forward an hour as part of BST daylight saving. This means that some businesses with Panasonic, Samsung and Nortel systems will need to manually change the time on their system. It is important to change the time on your telephone system to make sure that voicemail, auto-attendant and night & day modes follow the correct timings.

Customers with Avaya IP Office systems or du Pré Connect will not be affected as these systems automatically update their time settings.
