IP telephony with Call Logger

Nick Turner, Telephony Engineer ManagerBerkshire telecoms company, du Pré plc, has upgraded it's IP telephony service with a call logging device for business-grade communications. The new addition to the du Pré Connect 'Voice over IP' telephony system enables businesses to manage their call logging software and run their own reports.

The call-logging information is provided in real time enabling faster decision making for businesses needing more efficient internal communication.

The call logger is accessed through a secure password-protected interface which enables users to see the most relevant reports to their business. Furthermore, users can easily create customised reports to provide highly customised information.

Nick Turner, Telephony Engineer Manager at du Pré plc, explained how the call logging software operates. "It's comprehensive software but with a very straight-forward interface for customers to use. And it's really intuitive which means customers require minimal training."

Despite customers being able to self-generate their report styles, du Pré's own team of engineers can create a set of useful reports for users at the time of installation.  This enables people to see some of the features available which gives them a head start.

"I'm looking forward to more and more customers using the call logger for du Pré Connect IP telephony," continued Nick. "It's great seeing people get excited about the IP telephony services we provide."
