Avaya Gold accreditation process
Newbury based IT and telecoms company, du Pré plc, has won Avaya's most coveted Gold Accreditation, verifying that du Pré provides the highest possible standard of Quality of Service to their customers.
'The Gold Accreditation programme,' said John Irwin, du Pré Operations Director, 'is extremely wide ranging and covers every area within the business.'
The accreditation recognises du Pré has extensive knowledge and expertise in IP telephony, and a support department which has a proven history in its ability to meet the specific demands created by this technology.
du Pré had to undertake a total review of every area with a view to ensuring that the highest standards were met at all times. The programme took 6 months to achieve and resulted in the culmination of the Gold Accreditation being awarded in May 2004.
