du Pré expansion with new recruitment
du Pré has appointed Janique Horvath to fulfil the new position of IT Support Team Leader.
Janique joined du Pré on 1st November, to take responsibility for the IT Help Desk support, ensuring customers receive prompt and excellent service.
Janique has excellent credentials and brings proven experience of supporting end users and their systems in a fast moving business environment.
With the increasing number of complex voice and data systems, it is vital our response and fix times do not suffer. Janique will be working to
ensure we meet our Service Level Agreements (SLA) and that our support engineers are regularly trained on emerging technologies.
With du Pré's increased focus on support delivery, customers can expect a faster and more efficient service together with regular, accurate updates on individual support call progress. In addition, those all important support statistics and SLA performance figures will be available to those customers with the appropriate support agreement
