du Pré announces Two Defining Statements for Growth

Jeff Elliott, MD, announces a Focus on Customers and product

du Pré plc has announced a set of re-structuring plans to grow the company yet further by focusing on delivering excellence in Customer Service.

'du Pré's future strategy,' said Jeff Elliott, Group MD, 'will be driven by two all embracing defining statements.

'First, we will place our Customers at the heart of our decision making. Second, we will be uncompromising in delivering the highest quality of Customer Service.

'In other words, everything du Pré does will be customer focused.' 

The re-structure will see emphasis in three key areas. Support, Account Management, and Product.

Support - what changes?

'Support has always been a passion of mine,' added Jeff. 'Now I am making it key. By providing a more flexible and more visible support offering, we hope to see customer satisfaction levels rise even higher.'

On 1st June, du Pré will launch their new e-portal Support software, allowing customers to monitor the progress of their support calls, real time.

Account Management - what changes?

Also on June 1st, du Pré is enhancing its Account Management Team and reducing the number of customers for which each team is responsible.

'We will ensure our customers receive the time and attention they need to make their own growth plans a reality,' said Richard Jones, Sales Director. 'Better teams, better organised, and highly knowledgeable.'

Product - what's happening?

du Pré Connect, du Pré's own hosted IP Telephony product, is also being launched in June.

'Pure IP Telephony connected direct to the Internet using non-contended broadband is happening far faster than anyone anticipated,' continued Richard. 'The demand is real, and the benefits indisputable. IP Telephony is redefining the future of telecoms, in the same way Broadband did for the Internet.
