DU PRÉ CONNECT²
du Pré Connect² is our business grade hosted telephony service offering a wide range of features which enables anytime, anywhere communication via your desk phone, computer and even your mobile. Connect² operates over a high-performance broadband connection, offering HD voice quality from a desk phone, laptop or via a mobile app. On top of all of that, all UK calls, national, local and mobile, are free with Connect². Our system uses industry leading Polycom desk phones and conference phones.
All UK, national, local and mobile calls are included within your monthly subscription.
All of your employees can make and receive calls as if they were at their desk, even if they are in another of your offices, on the move, or at home.
The free PC and mobile apps allow you to make a receive calls on the go. You can view internal contacts and see if they are available, currently on the phone, or away from their desk. If they are not available, you can instant message them.
du Pré Connect² provides personalised voicemail messages, and sends email notifications when the user has a new voicemail. Also, users can forward their calls to another employee’s number. Combined, these features are great if an employee is absent or on annual leave.
With our service you will always have the latest and greatest. Whenever a new feature becomes available, or an existing feature is improved, updates are automatically applied. As a result, not only does this makes du Pré Connect² truly future proof, but it also means that the system is always compliment with all current and future legislation.
