You will receive a logged acknowledgement by email, followed by email updates during the progress of the incident, and email notification of escalation to a 3rd line helpdesk engineer.
Depending upon the service level agreement, you will also receive monthly open and closed incident reporting, trend analysis, and performance against SLA reporting.
