du Pré IT Flex Assist offers a standard IT Service Desk solution for customers requiring telephone-based remote support for their environment. Hardware support can be added at an extra cost. du Pré IT Flex Assist customer pre-paid IT Support of blocks of engineering time that can be called-off as and when required. Customers can top-up at any time.
