Overview

du Pré IT Complete offers a IT Complete outsourced IT management solution to complement or replace in-house IT support. It comprises the du Pré IT Assist suite of services as well as additional services and SLAs to proactively maintain and manage the customer’s environment. Remote adds/moves and changes that take less than an hour are included. Hardware support can be added at an extra cost.

du Pré IT Complete is provided based on the number of endpoint devices (PCs and Laptops) and offers unlimited Service Desk support on the identified devices.
