What if...

Inevitably some faults demand a site visit.

Depending on the Service Level you have purchased, du Pré will despatch an engineer to site as and when the need arises. Again, all within agreed Service Levels.

Tracker

Field engineers are controlled from du Pré's Berkshire HQ. Their vehicles are fitted with GPS tracking enabling their whereabouts to be shown at all times on display boards. Using this information, the Support Team is able to direct the nearest engineer direct to site.

All engineers carry full sets of spares on board their Volvos.
