A thank you letter said it all

The Project
To move two parts of a thriving business to a new location, on two separate dates. This included co-ordinating the relocation of telephone lines and associated specialised numbers, without causing disruption to the customer's every day business.
The Solution
du Pré provided a loan telephone system in the new premises to allow the Consultancy division to move first.
Later, when the Telemarketing division moved as well, du Pré removed the loan system, uplifted the existing system from the old building, and re-installed it in the new.
Critical to the success of the move was the relocation of their specialist telephone numbers and lines, on which approximately 40,000 calls are made every month.
du Pré's Project Controllers planned the move, and du Pré's Engineers accomplished total success over a weekend.

Result?
