	'Everything was exactly like we were still in the office.'

'Record Rainfall Levels Disrupt UK Companies!' was the headline that sent parts of the UK into a panic in July 2007 as floods swept through many counties.

'It was chaos all throughout this business park,' said Charles Andrews of A12 Investments.

'All the buildings around us were flooded. Cars were flooded in the car park. Staff were being carried out and being sent home.'
