Carrier Pre-Selection (CPS)
CPS - what is it for?If you have a BT exchange line, you can choose to have specific calls handled by a call carrier other than BT.
This utilises equipment within the local BT exchange, and is called Carrier Pre-Selection.
CPS - How is it set up?
BT would be informed of your chosen carrier, and within 10 working days your calls will be routed as requested.
CPS - How does it work?
Each time you dial, BT recognises the dialled code and directs the call to your chosen carrier.
